We are IKM RADA AS, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We deliver highly qualified engineers, technical/operational/administrative personnel, and leaders to companies in Norway. Our customers are primarily within transport/infrastructure, advisory/construction, renewable energy, and supplier industries. We provide resources in construction and civil engineering, oil and gas, transport and infrastructure, energy/power, industry/technology, and environment.

We are a knowledge-based organization and our employees are committed to professional pride and integrity and to delivering quality. We invest significant resources in developing our staff through extensive training and a training fund. We have long experience in recruitment and advisory, and in the fields we specialize in. We understand our customers and their needs, and we have a solid foundation to deliver exactly what they require. We believe in the value of being well educated, having industry experience, and an extensive network. We are located in Bergen, Oslo, and Stavanger, with staff in other parts of Norway. In addition, we deliver resources to international assignments.
