We are IT-Rex – Tech & Marketing Recruiting Across Europe, a privately held recruitment agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
We operate as a Europe-wide recruitment agency, helping companies hire developers, engineers, and managers across the continent, and we combine local expertise with international reach to deliver fast and reliable hiring results.
Each client works with a dedicated account manager for clear communication and a smooth process. We cover all major technology stacks—from Java, .NET, and JavaScript to DevOps, Cloud, and Data—as well as rare and niche roles. We hire for two formats: Local – professionals based in your country and open to new opportunities; Remote – candidates open to fully remote work across Europe.
