Kharkov-Recruiting Company (Компания Харьков-Рекрутинг) is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

We focus on providing recruitment solutions in Ukraine and in near and far abroad countries. Our services include recruitment, executive search, and exclusive selection of the expert specified by the employer (headhunting).

We solve our clients' problems and pursue efficiency in our work. We value our clients' time and aim to spare them from reviewing a mass of CVs and from unnecessary interviews. We understand clearly whom and how our clients are looking for, and how candidates will be assessed. We maintain professionalism in the candidates we present and specialize in commercial recruiting. We strive to fill vacancies quickly and with high quality, typically within 7–21 days; for extremely difficult or rare vacancies, we aim to complete the process within up to two months. Since 2007 we have signed more than 100 contracts and filled more than 800 vacancies.
