In addition to interviews, we verify references for the workers and, if necessary, arrange practical tests to check employee skills. We assist the recommended applicants in preparing a detailed resume in English. After the resumes are reviewed, the employer may wish to conduct a personal interview with a potential employee in person or via Skype conference.
