We are Nap Agency, a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Chernihiv, Ukraine.

We created a simple, clear, and safe channel of collaboration that provides space for support, speed, and results. We work with frontline personnel — loaders, pickers, cashiers, stackers, cart pushers, and couriers — and with employers who value workers, do not promise more than they can deliver, but keep their word. We began with an idea in 2020, and by 2021 we entered the market to change personnel selection in sectors that are not widely talked about but are critically important to the economy.

Today we are an experienced team of recruiters and coordinators, with vacancies that reflect real terms, without hidden terms, and with a personal approach to each candidate and employer.
