NOR Personal AS is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Rud, Norway.

We focus on construction and civil engineering as our primary area, and we also cover industry and production as well as warehousing, logistics and transport. Our client segments include small- to medium-sized businesses and medium- to large contractors. Our defined focus areas have given us knowledge and experience, as well as broad access to candidates with varying skills and experience within these fields.

We have competence and capacity within most roles in our segments, including helpers and laborers, ceiling installers, painters and coaters, masons and tilers, ventilation installers, carpenters and joiners, formworkers and ironworkers, glass- and façade workers, welders and sheet-metal workers, roofers and tin workers, machine and workshop personnel, cleaning and canteen personnel, warehouse and forklift personnel, drivers, machine- and crane operators, industrial and production personnel, foremen and project managers.

In terms of delivery, we provide staffing through temporary workers for acute and planned needs. We offer a volume discount for hiring multiple individuals at the same time. We provide Personal Leasing, including the possibility for takeover during or after the lease period. We recruit new employees for permanent positions, typically at a fee of around 15% of the gross annual salary. We have 100% employer responsibility for the leased employees, and our prices include wages and all social costs such as holiday pay, employer contributions, insurance, sick pay arrangements and pensions. We focus on health and safety, and our temporary workers wear PPE and branded signal clothing. NO CURE - NO PAY: our services are free until an agreement on candidates is concluded. We invoice according to agreed prices and terms and timesheets approved or signed by the customer.
