We are RTG Group, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We are a capacity building and executive search firm committed to providing training and manpower services to international clients operating in Russia, Kazakhstan, Europe and the Middle East.

We are an independent, Western-run firm established in London in 1993. We began by supplying personnel to British Gas in Russia and Chevron in Kazakhstan during the early 1990s. We have built our reputation and expertise by providing technical and management talent to the international oil and gas industry in Russia and the CIS. Our history of experience and success in these areas is enabling us to expand professionally and geographically. Our client profile now includes players in consulting and finance as well as energy and construction. We have begun projects in Iraq, Kurdistan and other locations in the Middle East with a focus on developing competency based technical and vocational training.

We specialize in headhunting, recruiting, contract staff, translation and interpretation, and training.

We operate internationally, with activity in Russia, Kazakhstan, the United Kingdom and Iraq, and we maintain offices in Moscow, Russia and Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
