SØGAARD & Co. is a self-owned company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Malling, Denmark.

We connect HR to the bottom line by delivering HR professional services at both strategic and operational levels to companies that do not have an HR function or to companies that want to strengthen their HR focus. We deliver HR metrics linked to finance, board and executive sparring, executive assessment, recruitment and search including onboarding, and talent attraction and development.

We collaborate with and engage relevant professional partners as needed to meet the client's needs in the service. We are involved with EGN Denmark (Executive Global Network). EGN Denmark has about 8,000 members, globally about 14,000 members, and 70 professional groups. We participate in Leadership and Harvard Network activities for leaders and specialists in both the private and public sectors. Harvard Network provides 41 network-based learning modules supplied by Harvard University.

Our specialties include executive search, board search, executive assessment, leadership sparring, strategic HR, onboarding, outplacement, leadership advisory, consulting services, HR consulting, profile testing, Hogan, and Thomas.
