Strand Construction AS, we are a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Sandefjord, Norway.

We help our customers with skilled and efficient trades and competence personnel across many industries, including construction and building, industry, warehousing, and more. Our strength is to tailor the delivery to the customer’s requirements and wishes. Our staff are equipped with tools and workwear that ensure quality of work, and we provide the necessary safety, health, and environment (HSE) training for our personnel. If desired, we offer project staffing where we can take on an agreed portion of the production, either together with the customer’s employees or in our own teams. We have our own team leaders who guide their teams. We also offer Man and Machine as a specialty, and in collaboration with a machine rental provider we can offer rental of various construction machines with staffing tailored to the customer’s production and operation.

We specialize in construction and site personnel, warehouse workers, machine operators, senior competence, craftsmen, carpenters, concrete workers, groundwork workers, administration, and senior project personnel.

We operate in Norway.
