Talent Advisors Ukraine — we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We joined the Odgers Berndtson global group in 2017 and became Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, continuing to provide our services in Ukraine as part of the global brand.

We combine our local expertise with access to Odgers Berndtson’s international network and share best practices in the recruitment and development of business leaders.

We deliver four services: executive search, assessment and development of management teams, development of corporate governance, and organizational consulting.

We operate in Ukraine and are part of an international Odgers Berndtson network.
