After receiving a client brief, we search to extract all available talent and market information on a business/s - such as organisation chart, bios on the top talent, the talents work history etc. We then provide this in a report to them. If the client wants us (as an independent identity), tap the talent direct - we will do so and make that introduction so they can take them through their own recruitment process.
