UpSkill & Get Hired, we are a public company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

We are a career center and educational initiative focused on supporting IT professionals from the CIS as they enter the international job market. We combine individual mentorship, career strategy, and technological tools to make career growth transparent, achievable, and ethical. Our mission is to help talented IT professionals enter the global market, develop consciously, and obtain work that matches their level and goals.

We run career programs (seasons) from building an individual track to preparing for interviews and internships in Big Tech. We help IT specialists of all levels package their experience, prepare resumes, LinkedIn, and career strategy. We are developing our own AI platform CentrOS — a next-generation infrastructure for career growth, self-presentation, and hiring. We publish current international IT vacancies, internships, and opportunities in a Telegram channel. We accompany career paths through mentoring, AI assistants, and community support.

We are based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and we focus on serving IT professionals from the CIS who pursue opportunities in the international market.
