Vela Consulting is a self-owned organization operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Tirana, Albania.

We aim to place talented professionals with reputable companies worldwide and to help prospective employees find work.

We conduct criminal background checks, contact references, as well as skills testing and assessment, with drug screening available upon request. We schedule face-to-face interviews with all potential candidates to understand fit. We post jobs on social media platforms and on national, regional, or local job boards to attract talent. We provide after-hours and weekend phone service for clients in need of last-minute personnel.

We offer job opportunities and work abroad programs, temporary recruitment, permanent placements, executive search, contract-to-hire and project staffing, payroll and human resource services, assessment and testing, training and development, and pre-employment screening. We have spent more than six years advertising and screening candidates, reviewing and testing them to ensure quality and accuracy.

We are based in Tirana, Albania. Open days and hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time.
