We are Work Net People, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Tirane, Albania.

We operate a digital platform based on international laws, human rights, and freedom, and we act as a bridge between students and the service industry for short-term placements. Our purpose is to connect students with opportunities in the service industry for short-term periods.

We deliver our services through a digital platform that connects students with host structures seeking energetic people for internships and other short-term roles in the tourism sector. We have expanded from assisting students from European Union countries to a more global program, and we are ready to welcome hundreds of thousands of students each year to join our platform and to learn about the tourism industry, particularly the hotel sector.

We operate in Albania and Italy. From our beginnings assisting students from European Union countries, we have expanded to serve students from around the world and to operate more broadly across Europe.

We reduce up to 60-70% of the time host structures spend to connect with students, compared with our competitors’ process duration, easing the stress of businesses for additional staff.
