We are dedicated to addressing the problems of human capital development in Kazakhstan by promoting on-the-job training and vocational apprenticeship systems which consist of up to 80% practical learning and 20% theoretical knowledge. We focus on training skilled workers to deliver real competencies upon completion, comprising functional skills and knowledge to perform their duties. Thus, every citizen of Kazakhstan who has a certificate of a craftsmen as a welder, electrician, and instrumentation mechanic (whether unemployed, employed or non-practicing tradesman) can be converted into a qualified skilled worker with hands-on skills and functional knowledge. In solving the issues of skills gap we do not use one-size-fits-all but individual approach for each company which will tackle it once and for all.
