We provide recruitment services by conducting candidate searches using our resources, performing preliminary interviews with candidates, selecting specialists to meet your requirements, writing candidate characteristics, conducting testing on request, organizing meetings with candidates, collecting recommendations, and supporting candidates during their probation period.

We offer service support for vacancies with a guaranteed (free) replacement of a specialist, directing the candidate to a single client, and maintaining full confidentiality of our work. Our specialty is recruiting. In the event of a probation period, if the candidate does not pass 90 calendar days, we provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost; if a suitable replacement is not found or not required, we refund 50% of the amount paid by the client. Note: The vacancy guarantee applies if the candidate does not pass the probation period within three months.
